We want your order to arrive quickly, discreetly, and with no surprises. We ship worldwide from our international fulfilment partner.
Delivery estimates (including 1–2 business days to process and dispatch)
- United Kingdom & Ireland: typically 5–9 days
- Europe: typically 7–12 days
- United States & Canada: typically 4–9 days
- Australia & New Zealand: typically 5–14 days
Occasionally delivery may take a little longer during busy periods or if a parcel is held for customs.
Tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Discreet delivery Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate the contents, and a neutral billing descriptor.
Where orders ship from Items are shipped from our international fulfilment partner, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a same-country courier.
Customs, duties & import taxes Depending on your country and the value of your order, local import taxes, duties or a carrier handling fee may apply on delivery. Where they do, they're set by your local authorities and are outside our control. Please check your own country's import rules if you're unsure.
