Vyreon is a trading name of Onyx Growth Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16675020), registered office 466 London Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 4BF. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through tryvyreon.com.

1. The data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number.
  • Order & transaction data: items purchased, order value, order history.
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar data collected via cookies.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you've opted in to emails.
  • Communications: messages you send us via email or our contact form.

2. How we collect it Directly from you (when you order, contact us, or sign up); automatically as you browse (cookies and similar technologies); and from third parties such as our payment processor and analytics providers.

We never sell your data. In keeping with the discreet nature of our products, packaging and billing descriptors are kept neutral.

6. How long we keep it For as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties — for example, order and tax records are typically kept for 6 years.
