How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders arrive within: UK & Ireland 5–9 business days · Europe 5–10 · US & Canada 7–14 · Australia & New Zealand 7–14. That includes 1–2 days to process and dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Is delivery discreet? Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside to indicate the contents.

What will show on my bank statement? A neutral, discreet descriptor — nothing that reveals what you ordered.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? Depending on your country and order value, local import taxes or a carrier handling fee may occasionally apply on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.

Can I return my order? Email support@tryvyreon.com first and we'll send return instructions. For hygiene reasons, intimate products that have been unsealed or used can't be returned unless faulty. Sealed, unopened items can be returned in line with our Returns & Refund Policy, and anything faulty or incorrect is replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
