Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us — and you also have rights under the consumer law of your country. Here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Contact us first Before returning anything, email support@tryvyreon.com with your order number. We'll review your situation and send you the correct return instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us — items returned without instructions can't be guaranteed a refund.
2. Hygiene exception (important for intimate products) For health and hygiene reasons, personal/intimate products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. This is a standard and lawful exception for sealed goods that aren't suitable for return once opened. If your item is unopened and still sealed, the cancellation rights below apply.
3. Your statutory rights (by region)
- UK, Ireland & EU: you may cancel an unopened, sealed order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive, subject to the hygiene exception above.
- Australia: your purchase comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.
- New Zealand: the Consumer Guarantees Act gives you remedies for goods that fail to meet guarantees of acceptable quality.
- United States & Canada: your rights vary by state/province; our policy below is the baseline we apply to all customers.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
On top of your statutory rights, every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email support@tryvyreon.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, and nothing to post back.
6. Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.
7. Return postage For change-of-mind returns of sealed, unopened items, you cover return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.
