These terms govern your use of tryvyreon.com and any purchase you make. The site is operated by Anchorpoint Commerce Ltd (trading as "Vyreon"), registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16675020). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility Our products are intended for adults. You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur. Specifications may change as products are improved.

3. Prices and currency Prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and EUR for EU customers. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. If we discover a genuine pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we dispatch your item and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will refund any payment taken.

5. Payment Payment is taken securely via our third-party payment provider. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and your cancellation and return rights by our Returns & Refund Policy. As a consumer you generally have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU rules). Important: for hygiene reasons, intimate/personal products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless faulty. Full detail is in the Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, logos and the Vyreon name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Acceptable use Don't misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it unlawfully.

9. Liability We don't exclude or limit any liability that can't be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
